Installing the plugin
Upload the plugin ZIP under Plugins → Add New, then click Activate. A new “Knowva” menu appears in your dashboard sidebar.
Creating your first article
Go to Knowva → Add Article, write a title and content, then publish. Articles use the same editor as posts.
Adding a category
Categories group related articles together on your knowledge base landing page. Assign one from the Category box on the right.
Adding tags
Tags add a second, looser layer of grouping and improve search and related-article matching.
Displaying your knowledge base
Place the [knowledge_base] shortcode on any page, or drop in the Knowva block. Visitors get instant live search across every article.

Write a few more articles, watch the Analytics screen to see what people search for, and fill the content gaps it reports.
